After a grey day around 4:30 the sun came out and the wind came up. The sea was flat though choppy close to the sandbank as the tide came in. I sailed for 1:40 and got overpowered. I downhauled a couple of cm past the recommended 440 and outhauled a couple more and the sail handled the wind well. I gave up as was still overpowered and amazingly a few gybes cam off when way overpowered. Before then most gybes came off in the flat water
